Pet Requirements and our Process
Currently our facility and staff are equipped to service certain dog sizes only. We are currently unable to care for mini pets and extra large pets, below are our size limitations and how we categorize the sizes.
- Small (11 -20lbs) (5 – 9kgs)
- Medium (21-50lbs) (10 – 22.5kgs)
- Large (51- 82lbs) (23 – 38 kgs)
Vaccination Requirements
- Proof of current vaccine records for Rabies, DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Para Inf luenza, Parvovirus), and Bordetella (kennel cough) is mandatory before checking in any pets.
- The Bordetella vaccine needs to be updated every 6 months or valid duration determined by the vet record, which is required in most boarding and/or daycare facilities.
- All vaccination expirations will be entered into our system, and vaccination must be upto date to allow booking our services. Owners must submit updated documentation to ensure your pet info is upto date.
- You may upload the documentation in our Paw Kingdom service portal/app or email us at [email protected] or send us a photo on what'sapp. Vaccine validation by Paw Kingdom is required before we check-in any pets.
Other Requirements
- Your dog must be 6 months or older
- We are unable to book female dogs in heat, owners are required to provide the date of the recent heat.
- We do a f lea/tick check – all dogs are recommended to be on an anti-f lea & tick treatment and deworming medicine.
- As pets can have adverse reaction to vaccinations sometimes, we require a minimum of 48 hour wait time before we accept bookings.

Our maximum stay for boarding is 45 days, we do not accept booking for long term stays. In order to keep the health and joy of the pet, and avoid abandonment of pets, we do not book long term stays.

Our Process in Detail

- The registration/login link is your free account to our Pet management portal for maintaining the owner prof ile, pet prof ile, all corresponding records, agreements, booking and reservations, purchases etc. Our website is purely for informational purposes, you must use the portal to manage any reservations.
Enter details about yourself and your pet (s)
Sign/acknowledge all the required agreements/policies.
Upload your Pet vaccinations records.
We will review the records and signed agreements.
We will review the information and activate your account.
That’s its. You can are all set. Start requesting any boarding or daycare reservations as needed.
